The Plain Weave Carbon Fiber Sheet is a high-performance composite material made from 3K carbon fiber fabric arranged in a plain (1×1) weave pattern and cured with high-strength epoxy resin under vacuum pressure or autoclave technology. In this weave, each carbon fiber tow passes alternately over and under the perpendicular tows, forming a tight, checkerboard-like structure that provides excellent stability, uniform strength, and smooth surface quality.

This sheet combines the lightweight advantage of carbon fiber with high rigidity and outstanding dimensional stability. The tight interlacing of the plain weave enhances resistance to deformation and surface impact, making it ideal for structural applications requiring flatness and stiffness rather than deep draping.

Manufacturing Process

2. Resin Infusion or Prepreg Layup: Layers are impregnated with epoxy resin using vacuum bagging or autoclave curing.
3. Curing: High-pressure, high-temperature curing ensures uniform density and a void-free surface.
4. Trimming and Polishing: Sheets are precision-cut and surface-finished for consistent thickness and edge quality.
