Heavy Duty Industrial 3K Pultruded Carbon Fiber Tube - Lightweight and Strong

A Pultruded Carbon Fiber Tube is a continuous-fiber composite tube manufactured using the pultrusion process, where carbon fibers are pulled through a resin bath and a heated die to create a constant cross-section profile. This process ensures excellent fiber alignment, high longitudinal strength, and consistent dimensional accuracy.

Pultruded carbon fiber tubes are ideal for structural applications requiring high stiffness, lightweight performance, and cost efficiency in large-volume production.

Pultruded tubes are made by pulling continuous strands of carbon fiber through a ‘die’; as they are pulled through, they are coated in epoxy resin and as they come out of the die the epoxy resin is cured at high speed. Tubes (or rods, or strips)made in this way have all of their fiber running lengthwise down the tube whichmeans that they are very strong along their length (very stiff if you try to bend them) with less stiffness inthe other direction.

Carbon Fiber Pultruded Tubes are extremely stiff and lightweight tubes manufactured with standard modulus carbon fibers. The unidirectional fiber orientation offers incredible linear strength and is ideal in bending and tension applications.

All our Pultruded carbon fiber tubes are made using 12K carbon fiber and epoxy/vinyl-ester resin. These pultruded carbon fiber tubes are available in square, round, and rectangular shapes.
